Do I have to buy the kiosk and the software?
Nope! You can purchase our software or the mobile app for your town without purchasing kiosk hardware.
How does the kiosk get power?
You can simply plug the kiosk into an outlet or run the electrical through the ground via a conduit. We can work with you or your preferred contractors to get this done!
Does the kiosk require internet access?
Yes. The TowneScope software is entirely internet based. Some of our customers work with local shops and locations to use their Wi-Fi (in exchange for a free ad), Others provide their own Wi-Fi or Ethernet (preferred). You could also entertain the use of a cellular/mobile hot spot.
How do we update our information on the software content?
The information and software content can be edited online via our easy-to-use content management system.
Can I customize my kiosk and kiosk software?
Yes! Your kiosk will match your brand. You can select any color and use your logo’s and branding on the kiosk. The software can also be utilized to what works best for your specific area or city as long as it stays within the “scope” of what TowneScope was designed to do.
How long does the kiosk take to make and get set up?
Typical lead time is around 8 weeks.
Is it possible to generate ad revenue using TowneScope?
Yes, the software is set up to be able to gain revenue by selling ad space, coupon space, sponsorships, and more! We can help you get creative with this.
